 What surprised me today was that Sophie taught the BFG to read and write better. I mean shes 8 she must be very smart!(I don't mean that as being mean sorry...)This will affect the story because now the BFG can write and speek better!Now he wrote his own book.

 If I could ask the Queen of Egland a question I would ask her "Who your mother is an where did your family came from?" this would help me understand more about the Queens background and family history. If I could ask the author a question I would ask him" why in your book when your charaters talk there like this when they speek  exsample: 'Hi!' why not "Hi!"?" this would help me understand Roald Dhal's writing style.

What surpised me as I read the story was that you could mixs dreams together. This affects the story because there mixing dreams together to give a nightmare to the queen to warn her about the giants.This affects my thinking of the story for me bcause I thought you could just catch a dream and it is already thaught out and stuff.

 Sometimes we are pulled toward one or two characters the story. We identify with them or feel sympathy for them. With which character do you identify in the book, and why do you believe you identify with them?

   The character I feel that I identify to is Sophie, I can understand how she feels being an Orphan because I was once one too when I was a very very young. I feel than me and Sophie share the same feeling of sometime felling lonely but tent to be happy in are own way.

 Why do you think the author wrote this story? Where did he or she get the idea or the characters? What message do you think that the author is trying to share?

  I think the author wrote this story because he wanted to explore a world with different things and for the reader to go on a different wild adventurer! I think Roald Dahl got the characters in The BFG from his own experiences maybe he was a Orphan like his character Sophie and the BFG might be one of his friends who is very tall and super friendly. I think the message of the book The BFG is "everyone is different but the best of friends are made by there diffrences"

Prediction

  My prediction on Roald Dahl's The BFG is that BFG stands for Big Friendly Giant. Mostly because the illustration on the cover of this book shows a little girl in the hands of a giant man with huge ears? And there both smiling at each other.Also because the back cover says the BFG is much to nice and jumbly.I also predictid that the BFG saves Sophia from anothe giant.

     If I could ask a question to Faolan ( The wolf ) I would ask him "How your life is with out Thunderheart ?" I would chose this question because It would help me understand more about his life with Thunderheart (The Grizzly Bear) and how he felt living with her, like if she was his mother how did a pup with a twisted paw make it through the long cold winter and hot summer "Did you fell safe being with Thunderheart even thought you both where different species of animals, did you ever encounter any wolfs wale Thunderheart was stall alive?"This question would help me know more about when Faolan was stall with Thunderheart and if anything happened that Kathryn Lasky did not tell us in her book.
      If I could ask a question to Kathryn La I would ask her "Why did you chose The world of Ga'Hoole and not just make up your own?" This question would help me understand more about the world Of Ga'Hoole , sens this story is after The Owl war is over it is interesting to see more of it with wolf but Why Wolfs and not a scones to the Owl?...Or a new world for the Wolfs?.
